What is shutter speed?
Shutter speed is the length of time the digital sensor is exposed to light

How shutter speed works technically (in camera) and visually (in photo)
When the shutter speed is set to seconds it shows more of a blur in the object you took a picture of. However, when the shutter speed is over 1 it makes the object in the picture look still because the camera is taking the picture quicker.

What happens to the exposure triangle when you change your shutter speeds?
When the shutter speed changes that means you have to change the f stop first and then change the ISO. If you want the object in your picture to be blurry you have to make your shutter speed lower and then change the aperture to seconds and then zero it out in the light meter. However, if you want the object in the picture to be still you have to make the shutter speed higher which means you have to change the aperture and the ISO.
